End of the season with the Jarama Christmas Trophy

The rain has been the protagonist of the last sporting event of 2014 Jarama Circuit, the Jarama Christmas Trophy, an endurance race of three hours and other of two hours, three different categories each.
The 2014 racing season has come to a close this Saturday at the RACE Jarama Circuit with the always festive Jarama Christmas Trophy, which brings together both experienced as amateur pilots in an endurance test of three hours and two hours long.
The faithful of Madrid has come once again, and in spite of the rain, to witness an event that starts to become a classic of the Christmas calendar of the Jarama Circuit, and intends to be the perfect closing of the season for the regular drivers of the RACE Touring Car Trophy, and all those who wish to join the event.
Adapted to the small budgets of the last months of the year, the Jarama Christmas Trophy is a race which takes place mostly in teams of two or three drivers, which is the perfect excuse for everyone to enjoy a day racing with a festive spirit.
Among those registered participants at the circuit of the RACE Jarama Circuit many well-known names of the motorsport, such as Miguel Angel Castro, Antonio Escámez or Fernando Navarrete, among others.
Finally, after the qualifying sessions and the three hours of competition, the first to cross the finish line has been the team formed by Alberto de Martin and Pedro Salvador, driving a Mosler MT900, within Class 4, who have completed a total of 81 laps.
In Class 3, the winner has been a team formed by Moises Ruiz Medina, Raúl Somoza and Jordi Quesada, driving a Renault Clio III Cup; while the triumphs in Class 2 have led Nico and Igor at the controls of a Citroen Saxo.
